Cav gsi nightmare

been 3 days trying to get steering wheel off now and no luck my removal tool came today and this is the result ...any ideas....

My removal tool did exactly the same. I welded a big blob on the end and ground it back into shape and its been fine ever since.

You need to use that tool and as you gradually tighten it keep tapping the center of the steering wheel then tighten abit more and so on... it will come off eventually.

Wow I know it's a bit late but I think some pressure from the tool followed by hitting the shaft may of helped
....with a brew and my favourite biscuits.
