Mk4 Astra Eibach springs?

Post by Metallicav »

Hi I've been looking for eibach springs for my Td but I can find any cheaper than about £228ish part no.E6522-140, so I thought I'd look at springs for other similar sized and year vauxhalls and came across these: http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/performan ... ers-30mm-2 part no. Eibe6541-140 and was wondering if these would work as they're about £82 cheaper.
The front axle load on cav springs is 915kg astra is 935kg and the rear axle load cav is 830kg and astra is 820kg, both sets of springs are 30mm drop and the wheels that will be on the car are ET49 7j on 215/45/17 or 215/40/17 undecided on tyre size.

Elliot.

Don't think mk4 Astra springs will fit mate, suspension set up different on the mk4...

Calibra, astra mk3 etc fit no problem..
Free Parking is a bonus, leaving my Cav in a carbon dust filled carpark is not.....
