Power steering cooling pipes

Post by joe cavalier sri »

Hi just bought an up rated mocol oil cooler for my cav so was looking for other uses for my standard xe oil cooler and was wondering if I could use the xe standard oil cooler to cool my power steering fluid ? As the standard power steering cooling pipes are looking a bit on the fcuk'd side Cheers Joe :scratch :thumb

Possibly, although replacing your std power steering cooling pipes might be less hassle. Is your PAS fluid under such stress that it needs an external oil cooler? If so, go for it, but I'd be inclined to use a new radiator rather that one that has had umpteen years worth of engine oil flowing through it.
