New springs

Need some new springs on my Cav so I thought I may as well lower it a little , anyone any suggestions what to get? Currently running 15inch alloys

Eibach 30mm springs. About £220 a set or you could buy a cheap set of 40mm springs from ebay for under £100 the ride will suffer abit with 40mm ebay ones.

As above, Eibach is the way to go.

GAZ GT adjustable dampers are EXCELLENT. I've just completed a 'seven countries in seven days' road testing these on Mrs Humbucker's Saab 900. I'm totally sold. Excellent value for money, 21 rates of adjustment, absolutely brilliant.

Other tried and tested brands are Koni and Bilstein, but it depends what you're after tbh.
