How easy to change rear springs

I have fitted my front 5 stud setup with 60mm springs to my cavalier

Need to do the rear now and as I'm outside I don't want to be at it all day

Easiest or quickest way of swapping them

Undo the bottom shock mount, the spring seat will start flapping about a bit so just depress it and pull the spring out

I think jacking the rear up will help as it extends the suspension. They should be easy enough to do.
