Hi Folks,
I'm in the middle of rebuilding brake calipers on my SRi.
Does anybody have an idea of what the torque figures are for the bolt which hold the two halves together?
They're just standard calipers from a c20xe SRi.
Cheers,
Ste

Re: Torque Figure for split calipers
No idea on the exact torque figures but I just do them up as tight as they will go, with a bit of leverage on the end of the socket bar, and a couple more firm tugs on the handle.

but not really what I meant. I don't know anyone who rely on torque figures for their brakes, I've not heard of any of them having brake-related mishaps as a result of something working loose
