Coilover Spring Rates

Hello I am converting the front to coilover setup, i got spax adjustable shocks, adjustable top mounts from compbrake, and coilover weld on kit. I want to buy the springs from CoilSprings.co.uk and I need to provide the length,internal diameter and poundage. I am using the car for hard street driving and occasionally track. I have a 2.0l xe engine turbo...any info on what you guys use? thank you !
