If you are using V6 calipers I imagine you want standard V6 discs?

If so, the standard V6 brakes are 284mm vented at the front and 260mm solid at the rear.

Best source for brakes is EBC in my opinion. They have everything on their website:

I can’t use v6 disks as my Cav is 4 stud not 5 like the v6’s are.

Cheers

Ah, I see.

Ok, you need discs with these dimensions:

Front:
Diameter: 284mm
Thickness: 24mm Minimum thickness 21mm
Hub depth: 41mm
Hub diameter: 70mm

Rear:
Diameter: 260mm
Thickness: 10mm Minimum thickness 8mm
Hub depth: 69mm
Hub diameter: 65.5mm

You are going to really struggle to find discs with those dimensions that are also 4 stud.
I've just ben through this entire catalogue and I can't find any:

Perhaps buy 5 stud ones and drill extra holes?

I see the Meriva has two sizes of 4-stud vented discs.

260 x 24mm
9217967 or 9196050
Smaller diameter but correct thickness.

Or

280 x 25mm
93300160 or 93175376
Correct diameter, but thickness may be an issue.

I am not sure what clearance you have inside your callipers.

There are different numbers for Vectra-B and Astra-G, but they do not quote 4 or 5 stud fitting.

So your suggestion of Meriva-A is the closest so far.
