front ARB droplinks
easy to swap? mines given up and all the threads gone, along with the nut and rubber dampers.
Theres a fine line between stupid and visionary. You just have to be a visionary to see it.

Depends on what they fitted at the time. Alot of 1.8's have been a mismash from experience - for example my last 1.8 had 2 litre calipers fitted, whilst this one doesnt.A-J wrote:pushes round the arb, bolts down onto the bottom arm. oh, and i dont suppose anyone would know if its 18mm or 22mm on a cav 1.8? my buddy at the motor factors reckons theres two sizes, and i cannae be bothered to dig the tools out and get under the car...
Same for ARB links and such.
If your factor guy is anything like mine buy 2 of each, and return the ones you don't use

From (my own personal) experience the 1.8 cav's came with the push on types and the 2litres up over got a choice of the 3.Gaz wrote:depends on which type he has.
