I'm thinking of slapping a set of -30mm's on my Cav. I'm looking for something that isn't too harsh just knocks the edge of the standard Cav 'boat-ness' to make cornering a bit more responsive but something that won't be too uncomfortable long distance motorway driving.
I've narrowed it down to either Apex or Spax.
Any opinions/horror stories to help me decide which I plumb for?!?

I would choose neither tbh mate, if its just springs your after go for a set of Eibach or like Squid said Avo, if you are on a budget Gmax is an all round performer.

Cheers for the replies guys. I've been offered a set of Koni -35mm springs for the right money. Will these be better than the spax or Apex ones? I know they probably won't be as good as Eibachs but I can't afford those - somewhere in the middle would be OK though!
