There are so many legends in this short film (originally broadcast on Top Gear in the autumn of 1988). Of course, there's the pre-facelift Mk3 Cavalier SRi, but we're also treated to Vauxhall's period fleet plates (in case you wondered, GNM is a reference to General Motors) and the force of nature that is William Woollard. And then there's the appearance of Chris Goffey's favourite jumper. 'Tis a sight to behold.
What larks, Pip. What larks!
