What engine oil for Cav TD

What engine oil would you recommend for my Cavalier 1.7TD?....its got 129,000 mls on clock.
A regular semi-synthetic 10w-40 will be the best thing.
Mobil super 2000 and Castrol Magnatec are both good. Opie oils give us a club discount if you use the code CAVMK3
Alternatively, the GM branded oil from Vauxhall is very good and fairly cheep, just ask at your local dealer.
