Dunno it's in the biscuit isle and going off turbo dans theory that means its a biscuit

If a Penguin qualifies for inclusion, then a Rocky bar, or better still a caramel Rocky has to be worthy of inclusion. I liked Penguin as a kid but find them a bit too chocolatey these days.

I liked the chocolate club but can't find them in the shops these days
