Rattle-can GSi Grill

Post by Martay »

Hi,
My friend has been bugging me to post the pics of his spray job on my new GSi grill.
It started out blue, then was badly painted polar white before i got it.

This is the end result. It took 3 coats of primer and 5 lots of colour, then 2 lacquer.

Ideally, i would have cleaned the car first!! Pretty good result i think, so he'll be painting up the GSi bumper to match :p

Oh god do not spray a whole mettalic bumper with spray cans, it will not look good!

The grill looks good though but only because its a small area to paint.

I must say Marty, that looks really good. I quickly blew over it with a tin of plastic hammerite, just to put it on my car.

£5 winner :)

Lol!!!!
