are saloon and hatch doors the same?

hey,

this may sound silly, and me of all people should know, but are saloon and hatchback doors exactly the same?

reason asking, my new cdx V6 as all 4 doors with horendous laquer peal, and ive found some doors in the same colour but off a saloon, just wanted to know they will deffo fit 100% before i bought them.

i know the fronts are the same, just wasn't sure on the rears, i think they are.
