black rubber bits

does any one know how to take the black strips off that run front to back of the car, inside the doors at the bottom of the doors (the rubber bit)

the bit in between the two red lines

credit card should do it (a dead one ofcourse)
of something thin as its just clipped on.
They eliminate noise incase your thinking about binning them.

im not goin to bin them i an just going to take them off to see if i have any fust behind then and i can clean there aswell

IF I were you, I'd coat the area under the strip with something anti corrosive as they often do go there.

But as they are part of the full sill - what condition are the sills in?

cheers bud i will coat the under neath of them as i am going to take them off

the sills are not that bad to be honist bud

just work it off from the rear and then pull its easy to remove
