Electric mirror switch

Hello all, just a quick question the electric mirror switch in all cavs is it in the drivers side door? i wondered in some other models if it moved.

Far as I know, yes. Always above the driver's door handle.

Yup - in the upper part of the drivers door handle moulding.

It would be a much better place for the electric window switches, but hey-ho.
Vauxhall and it's quirky designs.

At least the mirror demister switch is built into the rear window demister element switch - just like many other sensibly designed vehicles.

Hello all, hope everyone is well. Just doing some work on the cav just going back to this mirror issue, does anyone have a picture for the drivers door loom as i have no plug for the mirror switch the wiring that goes to the mirrors is there but no switch. I took out the passenger side and thats the same any ideas? This is a leccy window loom as well.
