Fuel Filler Flap fixing screws/bolts

Post by rustyrescue »

I have secured a replacement flap for my car, but seeing as it came without one I am unsure what the fixing is. I see the two holes, can anybody advisewere they big self tapping screws or threaded bolts? They look more suitable to self tappers to me. Thanks

Looking at the online parts catalogue -
The screws are referred to as "oval head" screw, and the picture looks like self-tappers

Part number 15. :)

Part number 11 074 673 comes back as 4.8mm x 16 mm self tapping screws.

Obviously two off are required.

In English money Number 10s x 5/8" long.
