side skirts

hey peeps may sound like a silly q but will calibre side skirts fit to my cav?cos my mate offerin them to me and its easier than sourcing some gsi ones.also wht mirrors fit nicely without looking to tacky?thanx :D :santa

do they have skirts? they have the little black plastic things,
mirrors, its hard to find something to suit as its a pretty blocky car to start with.

well i said the same thing to me mate but he said that thers 2 bits tht hold them on in the centre and then the skirt comes totally off.and he recons tht they shuld fit cos of the same body?i dunno but thanx anyway.if they do fit then ill jus have them sprayed and put on :) as 4 mirrors i dnt wanna change them and then they look poo.but wuldnt mind swapping 4 a slightly smaller pair :D cheers dude

maybe, its only gonna take 5 mins to hold them upto the car, i think they would go missing on most cavs and the shape slopes dowards towards the sills, would look good on another skirt to give it some more depth but it sounds like hes truing to make some money out of you, i wouldnt give him more than a tenner

Calibra turbos had skirts which hung under the sils. A cav in sunderland had a pair fiffed years ago. so the do fit. It was on a Cav hatch, once theyed been painted it made the cavalier look like an extented escort GTi
