Bonnet doesn't open

Hi everybody,

As everybody knows, i bought a Cavalier Mk3, which i'm planning to sell but, anyway.The point here is that the bonnet doesn't open. I pull the handle inside, the bonnet opens slightly but, in the front, it doesn't open. Can you give me suggestions on how to solve this problem, as i want to check the engine and the rest of the ancilliaries inside engine bay.

get someone to push down on the bonnet when you pull the handle then pull up once its moved

And when you do get it open check for slack in the cable. Just in case it happens again..

Well girls and guys, good news: the bonnet opens now. It was just me that was pushing the bonnet too high and like that i couldn't open it. It now opens and i could see the inside of it.

Thanks for all the help you gave to me and, if you know about some Cav lying around to sell, give me a shout, as i have mine for sale aswell.
