Spotted this pic in another topic here and I just wondard how you go about achieving this style of paint finish

either a pearl paint or a tinted lacquer, not that easy to get that finish at home

I was just thinking of spraying my rocker cover with it but if its to hard to do then all just polish it to a mirror finish insted

Its all in the application and technique. rather than the final polish,

I wrote a guide somewhere a while back, should be worth a search

they were painted by a bloke on vvoc. my mates just bought some black and white plenums off him for his vecy gsi. paint job does look very impressive
