Taking a Front bumper apart? (not removal)

just wondering how to remove the plastic rivets alond the bottom underside of the bumper come out or is it a case of cutting them off and replacing?

if replacing were do you get more and what are they actually called?

you either punch the middle through if they are flush looking or pull the middle out if they have a head in the middle
