seatbelt clip
ok here goes the seatbelt clip that is attached to the drivers seat isnt working and some times the clip will go in from the belt and other times it work ive had a look and the retainer keeps moving what i was wondering is can you replace the whole bit or is it attached to teh seat with a bolt i could remove it and stick another on

Can't remember how its attached but i know its attatched to the subframe/ seat rails i had the same problem with my mk3 astra and i just swapped the subframe

Is attached to the pretensioner system which requires removal of the seat/subframe to swap

is there an alternative replacment that doesnt require the tensioner

No, just change it, its a simple job that can be done in half an hour with a basic socket set
