Do you know from which vehicle the Z20LET originated.?

Hopefully an Astra, rather than a Vectra.
Vectra is very complicated due to the modules used in the relevant CAN network.

As you know it is a fly by wire system, and so a lot of additional wiring for throttle pedal position sensing etc.

I know TurboDan did a thread on this a couple of years ago, however he did not go much into the wiring diagrams / schematics for his conversion / installation.

Okay -
I have not wired / fitted one myself, but there is a thread by TurboDan who has done this exact modification.

From memory, it doesn't contain a lot of the technical information.
More like a work in progress thread.

Here it is -

viewtopic.php?f=21&t=2934&start=0

Fast-Forward to about page 12.

I have spent a while this morning trawling through my laptop, and it appears that I have looked at the Z-let wiring for someone before.

I have all the wiring diagrams for the ecu plus diagrams for any modules that are wired directly to the ecu if that helps.

I have the ecu in j-peg and pdf format,
All other modules in pdf format,
And an ecu in excel spread sheet at present.

Is that what you are looking for?

Due to the amount of information I have pulled together this morning, it would probably be best if you email me or pm me with an email address.

I did send a reply to gain further info about your car as a start point.

I will look to see what I can find, as I lost all my laptop work in November 2018 following a Microsoft update.

It may take a day or two to re-gather all the necessary information.
Hopefully you can wait a few days.

I have pulled a load of info from TIS for the Astra-G Z-LET set-up.

Sadly it is all in xps format, so will need to convert to pdf tomorrow.
Unless you have xps viewer software.

I will email the xps files over night, as most windows pc's can read them.
And if you have an android, there are several free xps reader apps in the play store.

I have checked on my mobile and I can zoom in and clearly see all texts and labels in the diagrams.

UPDATE - XPS files sent.

MORE UPDATES - PDF's and Excel files sent.

Let me know how you get on.

Just so I know what information you found useful,
in which case I will either add it to Dan's thread,
this thread...
or create a discussion thread with any addition information that you think is relevant.

UPDATE - Just for info.
I am still in did
Discussion with David about his Z-LET installation "behind the scenes".

He hasn't just grabbed the info and buggered off.
