how do you want to do it cheap as possible?

http://www.h-h-ignitionsolutions.co.uk/index.htm do a replacement dizzy kit.

starter and alternator are a separate curcuit, just leave them be. and remove the engine loom.

way i would do it would be.

use a 4 pin relay, and a fairly deacent feed off the battery to the relay and then to the pump
other side of the relay -either use a switch on the dash attached to a switched live,
or directly to a switched live
(depends if you want the pump on a switch or just on with the ignition)
Id put it on a switch myself so you don't have it running when you don't have to, as they dont like running dry and burn out very quickly.
