Fuel Pressure Regulator for GSI 16V.

Can anyone enlighten me as to the part number for the above as I'm have trouble with my GSI it idles perfectly but sometimes when running it goughs & splutters if I try to accelerate. I've changed the filter, deleted the damper & fitted a brand new Bosch pump which improved it a bit, last thing left is the FPR.

According to Genuine Parts search it's No: 1 I need 901 66629, but they don't have one or a equivalent neither do Vauxhall Green Parts, anyone got any other supplier recommendations ?

Looks to be the one, seems a bit pricey as it's coming from Bulgaria but needs must I suppose.

The official Bosch prices are upto 5 times that amount.


But you can find alternative vehicles with the same part number.
2.5 bar fpr.

Bosch part number is 0280160221

That is still the cheapest that I have found.
