Youve got a copy tank and its got no baffles, if its an intank pump the return isnt being fed to the pump.

Either that or your tank has clogged breathers, does it do it if you take off your fuel cap?

i did what you sayed and took off the fuel cap and it doesn't cut out so i drilled a 3mm hole in the fuel cap and put it back on and it cut out again but doesn't cut out with cap off!!!
