wen i take the pumps out and connect them to a battery they are ok any ideas thanks

fuel problem
i have put 3 fuel pumps in , they are fine to start off with then about 1day after putting them in they stop working wen i take the pumps out and connect them to a battery they are ok any ideas thanks

i found the problem it must be blocked breathers because i dont have the problem when i take the fuel cap off
