V6 fueling issue

Post by Squig »

V6 fuelling problem; came to cav this morning and she will turn, fire then die... had multimeter on electrical connection on top of tank (pump I believe), we have power on ignition position 3, then nothing... she just dies. Assuming because power runs to the pump when firing the relay is fine and I have a nice expensive pump to buy...?

It will use same fuel pump as Calibra. Vectra and Omega are different.

To me sounds more like an electronic fault. I would say immobiliser.

yes the tale... starting with what a pratt I am. :(

I opened the boot and the key came apart and fell in the car... key went back together and car refused to start. The chip was the only bit that landed outside the boot... :? Emma found it and now the car runs. Pratt.
