Vauxhall only day at Beaulieu

I had some showplates made up for when we are at shows. Hoping we'll get a good number of us at Beaulieu to use these bad boys!

Are they free to use? Or is there a charge?

These are for shows only and for sticking to front reg plate. The plan is to use them at Beaulieu where I'll be handing them out - but of you want to keep it then there will be a charge as getting a design made properly (as opposed to this cowboy outfits that no nothing about kerning or how to use a template) costs - we can talk costs later, once I have paid the bill

I think a row of Cavs with the same showplate will help give the club more of a unified look.

i already have a set for my mk3 astra for the appropriate club obviously so would be great to get some for my cav aswell

To recoop the cost of the plates I would have to charge £11 each. For the meanwhile I'll hang on to them and hand them out at the show for people to stick on their cars, you can buy them off me then or I will just look after them until the next time we meet at a show.

Not yet, Dave's waiting to get a definite number then he can arrange it with Beaulieu, I believe. Meeting place, well we can find a pub or something nearby, Dave's good at finding those

Looking a good mix, some modified metal and some proper almost showroom spec Cavs coming along..

On Dave's part please let us all know if you cannot make it in plenty of time.

Meets are frequently planned and then people do NOT show up, this one is a tad more important as we aim to get a stand at the Vauxhall day so I suspect we will need a set amount of cars to show up on the day and on time at our meeting point wherever Dave decides this is going to be...

Now off to cry over my busted brake caliper again

Thanks for the interest guys and as Mike says I need definite attendees not wannabes! The whole day is all Vauxhall so motors of any ages and condition will be there as well as trade.

I have spoken to the organiser and they will sort spaces out for us if we can guarantee a number of people - it is £10 for entry to the whole site, which is a bargain. I suggest getting the tickets in advance or I am willing to buy tickets in one go for us as long as people pay me back!

We need to start thinking about getting tickets soon.

Paypal in advance of the show as it forces people to commit, but I'm not so mercenary that I wouldn't accept cash on the day!
