Re: V6 Cav - Work In progress
i know mate i know. i get to a point though where i don't have any ideas left lol. this golf is insane, took it for a blast and it was spinning in third! yea rubbish driving but i didn't expect the torque all the way to fifth. 6 branch manifold, de cat, etc etc. its running Awsome. there is an invoice for the conversion at midlands performance, 4k in 2005. its some piece of kit.

Cav looked great, where did the car cover come from?

Looks fantastic , any plans for it ?
Re: V6 Cav - Work In progress
retro- ebay was 13 quid i think. wasn't excellent tho as moisture still gathered under it. or is that normal?
Dave- just tidy it up. bit laquer peel to sort and clutch slave cylinder leaking on the pedal box but that's it. its running approx 200bhp which is bloody quick in a mk2. im goin for the sleeper, standard look so not much will change. cheers guys.

Nice , sleeper is the best way , has it got a slippy diff ? Get a supercharger whacked on it as well
Re: V6 Cav - Work In progress
no fancy diff lol, aye loads of them are turbo'd too. I don't like doing more than I need, I wouldn't use it!dave955 wrote:Nice , sleeper is the best way , has it got a slippy diff ? Get a supercharger whacked on it as well
