The point I was trying to put across is that before you can diagnose something you need to have facts. There was very little information in the original post, and to make informed suggestions it is a good idea to gain more information. It meant to be a helpful suggestion to you. I know you like to help out with peoples problems and you often do give great advice. I am just trying to guide you so that you can do so using technical logic. I am sorry that you misunderstood my post, and reading it back I understand how it was misinterpreted.
