rear brakes
Can anyone tell me where I could get the pressure reducing valves that scrrw into back flexis, not sure if thats what they are called, been to Vauxhall-watts -eurocarparts no joy at all. Got new brakepipes and flexis but would like to renrw these valves, any help appreciated

These can be a bugger to get, they are brake bias/accumulator/compensation/regulator valves depending on where you look for them.
Look up Brake Compensator Valve on ebay, there is normally a seller with these.

Thanks pal for your help, ill look that up, are they on othet cavys calibra astras etv if so are they the same, reckon they should be

I found mine on eBay. £14 a side which is better than the £120 at Andrew Page or £146 from Vauxhall

Ive searched ebay, there s ones on it for £15 ive sent a message to make sure they fit, thanks once again

Ive renewed all the brakepipes, brandnew calipers and shoes pafs and discs now hopefully get the fluid in once they come, yir a star

I noticed another seller selling same item but states for mk2 cavalier upto 1988 1600cc -1800cc, youd think theu would be the same, see what happins

Should fit, shell is more or less same weight as other cavys, unless ive missed a heavy object, suppose some fat chuff in the back lol

I ordered one of ebay but was too Big, cant get them anywhere, ive put the brakepipe right onto thenew flexis for now, cqn always cut them back if I manage to get any which I doubt very much, unless someone knows someone with them, thanks for your interest, much appreciated

THink there are two types 10mm for early cars and 12mm for later cars.

Didn't the later models have them mounted on the bulkhead or master cylinder? I can't remember seeing these under the back of mine :/
