def sounds like a head gasket mate, doesnt have to be in both places as you can get oil/water mixture or water/oil mixture, your case seems to be oil in the water. hope this helps.

Sorry to hear about this, a receipt doesnt prove nowt though, unless you ACTUALLY see them fixing it. dont forget there are a lot of shady garages out there, they aint all genuine. please take it and get it fixed /sorted before its buggered for good. Good luck hun

yh thats wat me and my mates thought wen we seen it and there is jus little bits that stand out like the orange seal u can see sticking out the side of the head and we thought it had been put on upside down because the corners of the gasket dont match up with the head

its either them above or it hasnt been cleaned out properly when the gasket was done or it could be a porous head if its a Gm head

hiya people me and me mate's took the engine out and stripped it down to see wat was the problem and the bloke that had done the headgasket before made a right bodge job of it, also there was a bit of barrel shake so he used the old rings wen he had put the engine back together, and while doin that my mate noticed that the steerin bolts that hold the main steerin structure together was about 2 fall out because they were that loose! so the engine that i have got now will be going in sometime next week hopefully with a set of cams :D !
