newbie! but only to this forum

hi all names eggman got a cav and i love it its a 91 sallon 2L 8 valve had it 3 years and only the second owner old lady had it fae day one with full service history. then i got my hands on it and lowered it and fitted it with a seh cam and ecu homemade pipe and a gsi kit (not yet painted) vauxhall master tech by trade but curently working as a heating engineer better money i will post a pic of the car laters on and go further in to my plans for it

std 8 valve doesnt need belt covers just extra weight les u see the water pump and oil pump and belt condition with the added bonus of no valve interference if a stone does make its way in there

wouldnt run no coversd on a valver

really like the matt finish grey on the 8v looks the business

the cav, looks like a wip , have you had new arches added, or just tidied them up for now ?

i put repair sections on it and a quick skin of bondo on but thats it my mate is a painter and hes going to finish the arches then its gettin painted and the paint on the manifold and rocker cover is just high temp matt black not advisible on a rocker cover coz oil sofens it up even with a etch primer but all in all the motor looked good and made 131 ponys on the rollers !result! only work done was head work and balanced pistons rods and flywheel it ran a std cam and exhaust manifold too
