I know I have a lot todo in the next week Pre PVS, but here is my list for the future plans Post PVS,

HAS TO BE DONE>

Omega Sunroof motor (Too lazy too keep finger on the button on the standard motor, Got one just needs fitting)
Lesno Wheels Refurbed, sticky summer tyres, (To take slight marks off and get rid of the "CF5" logo)
Green Cotton Air filter, with good cold air feed. (For better air flow)
Live Mapping of the ECU once I've done 1000miles on the new engine (Makes sure everything runs like it should)
Bonnet Modded with Montery air scoop backwards (To take hot air from the inlet)
Engine cover Modded to take a Vectra front cam cover, (The back one is already fitted, they dont warp like the plastic type do.)

ON THE CARDS>

GTE vent above the air filter (Remove hot air)
Cool running Fan Switch (Does what it says on the time, fan cuts in at lower temps)
External Oil Cooler fitted in front bumper (To further lower engine running temp.)
Angel eye headlights (To freshin up the front end)
LSD for gearbox (If I can justify the £550, need to talk to ppl who have one fitted to see if its worth it?)
Rear Strut brace (If I can find one)
Replace my vibe sub with a full boot install, 17" spare on show, subs and amp build in for the classy factory look, (If I can be arsed)

Yeah mate, I got the 3 boxes  getting them fitted tomorrow, along with the 308mm brakes. Yesterday I cleaned up the recaro leather and fitted them. The Drivers side looks good as new, Better than my CDX drivers seat. But my pasagener seat is mint, and the Recroa one isn't as good. Propley will end up getting the botton side bolster repared using a peice from an old rear bench. But the car looks so much better for having the Recaros in :D so all in all I cant compain for £200, Just need to sell my CDX's on to recoupe some of the money. It's lasking down with rain today, I was hoping to swap the passaneger door  But I'll just finish off wiring in the gauges and radio conrols unless it clears up.

I liked the old ecotec engine. just was sick of all the engine electric trouble I used to have.

Took the cav out this week end. Fast as Fu@K to 90/100 but it seams to struggel after that took ages to get to 110mph. but the engine light is on. so I recon it just needs a remapping. I'll take all my spare sensors with me incase any of the ones I'm using are goosed.

(Did Ment took ages to get to 70mph, as I've never ever gone faster than that!) ;)

BAD times.

:( I need to sort a decent airfilter/cold air feed

Sort the knocking on the right hand side of the car.

Find out what is setting the EM light to come on.

Fix the burst water pipe. Add new coolant

Try and cool the engine down with an external oil cooler. As I keep loosin oil pressure.

All this needs doin before I set on tyre in a rolling road. :x

Well i've got 8 weekends to get it sorted.

More money into the Money pit.

Update. Well she's now done 1100 miles on the new built engine. she seams fine and drives well on the f20 gearbox. only problem is when she gets hot the engine looses oil pressure at idle, so next year I'll try to find an external oil cooler kit and have it fitted to try and take the temp down. Then she'll be ready to remap.

I'm going to put my avensis back on the road for the winter. and finish the toyota project off 1st. at least that way at least one of my cars will be complete.
